We are used to the fact that often men are writers especially when we talk about detectives. However in any rule there are exceptions. As an example I can bring wonderful writers Daria Dontsova and Agatha Christie. But first I would like to talk about Agatha Christie. She belongs to the number of the most famous authors of detective prose in the world. Her works have become one of the most published in the history of mankind. Christie has published more then 60 detective novels, 6 psychological novels and 19 collections of short stories. 16 of her plays were staged in London. Moreover her books are published in more then 4 billon copies and translated into more then 100 languages. Also Agatha Christie owns a record for the maximum number of theatrical performances. Despite the fact that she wrote her detectives long time ago, Christie remains one of the most widely read writers.    Speaking of the biography of Daria Dontsova should be noted that Daria is not her real name.

Robert Burns was born on January 25, 1759 in the village of Alloway. He was born into a peasant family and worked in agriculture. In 1781 Burns joined the Masonic Lodge that  had strongly influenced his work. Since 1783 Robert begins to compose verses in the Aishirian dialect. In 1786 Burns published the first book "Poems, Chiefly in the Scottish dialect". In 1787 Burns moved to Edinburgh and became a member of the high society. But all above he is interesting as a poet. As for me, I prefer his poem "A Red, Red Rose". And I want to share with you my translation of this work. Maybe you will like my interptitation.

The holidays are incredible periods of time. We may do everything we want to during the holidays. Frankly speaking, I adore holidays because I can create something enjoyable. Moreover, they make everyone smile. But I would like to tell you an amazing story about my holidays. The 8th March is a women’s day. Men all over the world try to do all the best for their wives, mothers, grannies and daughters. Last year I went to Orlyonk camp where I had celebrated this holiday. Boys were going to make a great surprise for us. And they did. Early in the morning we went out from our rooms and saw the steps on the floor with different phrases like “follow me”. They led to the panoramic windows. In these windows we saw a huge heart with girls’ names and sincere wishes. After that boys from our camp invited girls to the balcony. On the ground we saw an awesome butterfly with wings in the shape of a heart. A crowd of boys ran to this heart like a river. After they started singing songs for us. Som
